The Chinese smartphone maker Realme, which has also been active in the Netherlands for a while, has shared images of its latest phone. It is the Realme GT, a device that will be announced on March 4 and may also be released in Europe. The image (see opposite) shows that the smartphone will have a triple camera on the back, with the main camera taking photos in 64 megapixels.

It is still unclear which cameras are present. However, it would be two 13-megapixel lenses. The picture does show that the Realme GT has a headphone jack on the bottom. This port is being dropped on more and more Android phones. The design is reminiscent of that of previously released Realme smartphones, where the back, for example, has a color gradient.

Website Pocketnow writes that the Realme GT is powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor, the fastest chip that manufacturer Qualcomm makes at the moment. There would also be no less than 12GB of RAM, at least 128GB of storage space and a 5000 mAh battery. The latter can charge with a maximum of 65 Watt, just like the OnePlus 8T, for example. This makes it completely full again in a short time.

Furthermore, the Realme GT would be equipped with an OLED screen with a high refresh rate and QHD resolution of 3200 by 1440 pixels. The phone is believed to run on Android 11, the most recent version of the operating system. Google recently released the first developer version of Android 12, but this update won’t be officially released until later this year.
